| RENTAL POLICIES |
* Reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure availability. Rental reservations MUST be paid in advance.
* Rates & policies are subjected to change without notice.
* Replacement cost will be assessed to the customer, for any lost/damaged equipment.
* If rental items leave the store, it is considered a full rental.
* Rental equipment should be maintained/cleaned. Equipment should be returned like we did not realize they were used otherwise there will be a $50.00 fee.
* Remember our rental inventory is constantly changing. If you need to rent something you don’t see, PLEASE CALL US.
* Any item rented without an operator should be supervised at all times by renter.
* Local deliveries FREE flat rate (Must be over $50), (delivery/ set up/ pick up), all others deliveries will be an extra fee. There is an additional charge for stairs.
* THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE EVENT IS DUE BEFORE THE OPERATOR SETS UP THE EQU1PMENT
The deposit by check or money order must be received by us no later than SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. If payment is not received within seven days of the due date your event cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELATION: The event can only be canceled up to 4 hours before the start time. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be held until another party date can be schedule.
